SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing times may extend during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- GGT Dynamics LLC reserves the right to delay or cancel any order flagged for fraud, payment verification issues, or incorrect information.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or package forwarding services.
Delivery Time
- After processing, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of GGT Collective.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered properly fulfilled.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Reshipping fees will apply if an order must be resent.
Marked Delivered Policy
- If tracking information shows "Delivered," the order is considered fulfilled.
- If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, you should contact the shipping carrier, file a claim with the carrier, and contact your local post office.
- We do not replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ggtcollective.com and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Failure to provide photo evidence may result in denial of the claim.
Fraud Prevention
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and request additional verification if suspicious activity is detected.
