Same-Day Local Delivery & USPS Smart Locker Pickup


Same-Day Local Delivery

Same-Day Local Delivery is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for eligible Columbus-area addresses.

Orders are typically delivered within 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on order time, traffic, weather, distance, and delivery volume.

Please verify that your delivery address is correct before completing checkout.

Once your order has been delivered, a delivery confirmation photo will be sent to your email address or mobile phone for your records.

USPS Smart Locker Pickup

USPS Smart Locker Pickup is available through the USPS Smart Locker on Innis Road in Columbus, Ohio using USPS Local XChange.

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM are typically available for same-day pickup.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on days the USPS location is closed, will be available for pickup on the next business day.

Once your package has been placed in the locker, USPS will send you a notification with a QR code and pickup instructions. Simply scan the QR code at the locker to retrieve your package.

A valid government-issued photo ID may be required by USPS when collecting your package.

Service Area

Out East: Whitehall, Reynoldsburg, Blacklick, Gahanna, Bexley, and surrounding areas.

Up North: Linden, Northland, Clintonville, Polaris, Westerville, and surrounding areas.

Out West: Hilltop, Lincoln Village, Galloway, Hilliard, and surrounding areas.

Out South: Obetz, German Village, Merion Village, Grove City, and surrounding areas.

If your address is within our local delivery area, your available delivery options will appear during checkout.

Important Information

  • Same-Day Local Delivery Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • USPS Smart Locker Pickup: Orders must be placed between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM for same-day pickup.
  • Orders received after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Same-day service is subject to traffic, weather, USPS operating hours, and locker availability.
  • Shopify may display an estimated transit time of 1 business day due to platform requirements. Eligible local orders are often completed much sooner.
