RETURN POLICY
At GGT Collective Hair Collection, we want you to shop with confidence and love your purchase. Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, we currently accept returns on unused and unopened items only.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Hair must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Packaging, tags, and ties must remain intact
• Items showing signs of wear, brushing, cutting, coloring, odor, or removal from original packaging cannot be returned
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect or damaged item was received.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
