Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel good about your order. GGT Collective offers free returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Free from cutting, coloring, washing, bleaching, heat styling, product, odor, or damage
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been installed, worn, altered, or removed from its original condition.
Free Return Shipping
If your item qualifies, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that your refund has been approved. Inspections take place same day received. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
